If you'd like a certificate from one of these labs, please note this upon checkout, and we will let you know the price. Your credit card will be billed as an additional charge once you confirm. Pricing varies for each lab, and also depending on the type of report.

Shipping
- Items are shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase.
- The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is generated.
- All packages are fully insured.
- You must be present at the shipping location in order to receive the package. Signature is required.
Returns
- We have a 7 Day Return Policy for a full refund. If you'd like to return your item, please contact us no later than day 7 of receipt and we will give you a return authorization number and shipping instructions. If we do not hear from you by the 7th day, then the item is not returnable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items MUST be returned in original condition. We will inspect the item thoroughly.
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 days of return receipt.
